During the 2020 summer, a team from Emory University’s Community Building and Social Change Fellowship Program investigated the potential for transit-oriented development while preserving affordable housing around the Kensington MARTA Station. The team identified major findings and recommendations for the future of the area by compiling responses from the Kensington Community Survey, resident and District 4 Community Council focus groups, and key stakeholder interviews.
