In response to MARTA’s recent plans to develop a light rail linking the Lindbergh and Avondale MARTA Stations, a team of three Emory University Community Building and Social Change Fellows — Liz Greene, Rebecca Jackson, and Gracie Morris — constructed an inventory of rental properties in the Clifton Corridor region. The report, linked below, assesses the affordability of these rental properties and discusses potential implications for Clifton Corridor and future affordable housing advocacy work in this area.
